Collectors Identify the point in the field by taking a GPS location, attaching a tag to the point, entering a basic description, and collecting a specific series of detailed digital images. The set of pictures collected are required to prove all inventory items. Tags identify every point so that it can be quickly referenced by utility personnel or members of the community. |
